Perhaps you've tried exercise DVDs and found yourself bored, sore and confused. Or you've found that the loud, weight-banging, impersonal gym environment is not for you. Here at Pilates of Amelia, we ensure our clients the highest level of Pilates training. Our instructors create personalized, optimum body conditioning programs.
To further meet our clients' needs, we have a Licensed Massage Therapist located in our studio. Julie Maley, L.M.T. has over 7 years experience and is qualified in therapeutic and holistic massage. As a Pilates client herself, Julie understands the Pilates movements and can incorporate Pilates muscle energy into the massage session. Members of Pilates of Amelia enjoy a discount for their massage sessions with Julie. Fl. Lic. #MA48272
