About our Classes
All sessions are one hour long. Appointments required. Two to three sessions per week highly recommended.
A one-on-one session with a Certified Instructor, it maximizes personal training with attention to the client's specific needs and goals. Utilizes all types of Pilates equipment (reformer, cadillac, wunda chair, etc.) as well as traditional tower/mat exercises. Flexible hours make scheduling easy and convenient.
Two clients with one Certified Instructor, this is a great way to workout with a friend. Session is geared toward both clients' needs and goals. Exercises are performed on reformers and other apparatus including tower/mat. Flexible scheduling.
Three clients with one Certified Instructor, for a fun, hard working session performed on the reformer and tower/mat. Clients must have some Pilates experience before taking a reformer class.*
Traditional Pilates mat exercises complemented with full tower. It is strongly recommended that all new clients take a private session before attempting a group class. No more than six clients in each group.*

CANCELLATIONS: Must have at least a 24-hour notice to avoid being charged.
