Pilates of Amelia is a fully equipped Pilates studio located on beautiful Amelia Island, Florida. We have a wonderful staff of Certified Instructors who have all completed rigorous training programs of over 800 hours. We promise to do our best to help you with all of your fitness needs and keep you up and going. At Pilates of Amelia, when we ask you, "How are you feeling today?" we really want to know.
Announcements!
- Pilates of Amelia will be closed Saturday, July 31st.
- There will no longer be a Friday, noon Aerobic Intermediate Tower/Mat class. The rest of our group schedule will remain the same. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you have any requests for any group classes to be added to our schedule please let us know so we may take them into consideration when looking at our schedule. Thank you.
Pilates of Amelia is a drop off location on Amelia Island for ConKerr Cancer, an organization which donates colorful pillowcases for children with cancer and other serious illnesses. To learn more about it, make a pillowcase, donate fabric or funds towards the making of pillowcases please visit www.ConKerrCancer.org. You can bring your finished pillowcases to Pilates of Amelia!
