Wear comfortable form-fitting workout attire. Sticky Toe socks are recommended.
•All classes, privates, and duets must be cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time or you will be charged the price of the session.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A two-student minimum is needed in order to hold a class. If you are the only student signed up for class, you can opt to move to a different class or stay at that time and take a private session at the cost of a private session. This includes Duets and Trios.
All packages purchased expire 6 months from date of sale. All sales are final. No refunds.
A class is subject to cancellation 2 hours prior to its scheduled start time if there is no enrollment.
However, we are happy to transfer packages to a friend or family member if you find that you are unable to continue.
On “Unlimited” plan you can not share this membership with Family or friends and excludes privates, duets and trios.

Groupon can be used for new clients only. We will not honor a Groupon if purchased by current client.
If under the care of a doctor, a doctor’s note releasing you to do Pilates must be tendered to the studio in order to participate in classes.
