Mat classes:


Pilates Mat – all of our Pilates Mat classes will combine classical and contemporary Pilates mat work, as well as combinations of adaptable full-body sculpting exercises with a strong focus on conditioning, form, control and balance. Each class will vary between the classical mat flow which integrates transitions and tempo into an invigorating session; or it will blend traditional and contemporary mat work with combinations of Pilates-based sculpting moves. Sculpting routines will include adaptable versions of squats, lunges, planks and lower/upper body work – different exercise options and variations will be offered to students to modify and/or challenge the body. Various props will be utilized including magic circles, hand weights, big and small balls, therabands, and foam rollers.


Rise and Shine Mat – join us for a Pilates class that will get you moving to start your day with all of the classical Pilates exercises that will lengthen, tone and strengthen your body and mind.


Assets- Core and More!

We love a class dedicated to the A team of your body! This mat class takes you through a series of flows that focuses on your best assets; arms, abs and ass! This 30 minute arm pumping, ab crunching, and ass shaking class will feel you leaving invigorated in all your best places.

Pilates Interval Training - (PIT).- Do you love the fast results of interval training (HIIT) but are really into the muscle-toning of Pilates? We have produced an innovative and cutting edge 50 minute fusion of Pilates exercises that is sure to get your metabolism revving and heart pumping. We use the light weights, the magic circle, franklin and swiss balls and resistance bands to add to the FUN! A timer and music is used for this intermediate level mat class.


Gentle Stretch – This class is great if you are looking to increase your flexibility and mobility and improve your balance. The body will be stretched from head to toe with gentle stretching techniques adapted from both Pilates and Yoga. Done at a much slower pace, this class may be appropriate for those who may have struggled with other faster paced forms of Yoga or Pilates. The only requirement is the ability to get up and down off of a Yoga mat.


Barre -is a fun high energy workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. The class blends low impact cardio, and strength training gains from small isomentic exercises using light hand weights. A Barre class will help improve posture, flexibility, balance, stability and core strength. Set to music the class is fast paced and FUN!


Reformer/Mixed Equipment Classes:


Reformer Level 1 - Our Reformer classes are designed to be unique to you and include a full-body workout. Classes are customized in partnership with you to achieve physical and mental strength, improve well-being, and stay challenging to achieve the best results. In order to give you the personal attention necessary, we limit this class to a maximum of 7 clients. This is the perfect class after you have taken your 2 introductory privates or if you have been away from your reformer practice for 6 or more months.


Reformer Level 2 - Our Reformer classes are designed to be unique to you and include a full-body workout. Classes are customized in partnership with you to achieve physical and mental strength, improve well-being, and stay challenging to achieve the best results. In order to give you the personal attention necessary, we limit this class to a maximum of 7 clients. This is a challenging class and requires that you graduate from level 1 practice. Must have the ability to kneel and/ or stand on top of the reformer.


Athletic Reformer – This class is an intermediate/advanced level class and some of the exercises may require kneeling or standing on the reformer. Along with doing our classic exercises, we might spice things up using props such as the circle, sliders, weights, resistance bands and balls and we might even add some circuits for FUN! Get ready for a good workout!


Target Area Reformer – This high level beginner /intermediate workout will focus in on one or two specific areas of the body per workout. We will always start with our traditional footwork to warm up the body, but we will target upper body, or abdominals or legs for a challenging but great workout!


Stretch and Restore – this “chill” workout would be great after one of our more challenging Reformer or Tower or Pilates Interval workouts. Or you just may need a good relaxing stretch. We will use thera-bands, yoga straps, foam rollers, and other props. Each workout will be unique and we may even design around how our clients are feeling and where they might need a good Stretch!


30 minute Stretch - Depending on our clients experience, we may do part stretch on the reformer and the rest on the tower and mat. Regardless of where we land, we will benefit from this awesome class.


Stretch and Balance – Balance and Flexibility are important at every age and we have a class that will challenge all…. from teens to seniors and all in between! This practice will be a mix of reformer, tower maybe some bosu and mat to help challenge and improve your balance!


Jump board - Incorporating the Pilates jump board, will add a heart-rate-rising element to your traditional Pilates workout. Unlike other forms of plyometric cardio. jump board exercises are low impact, easy on the joints and offer a full-body workout, while still focusing on form, alignment and traditional Pilates principles. (This class is mixed levels 2-3 but not appropriate for pre-natal clients.) Grip socks are required for this class.


Tower/chair/mixed equipment - Our Tower/Mat/Chair classes are designed to be unique to you and include a full-body workout. Classes are customized in partnership with you to achieve physical and mental strength improve well being and stay challenging to achieve the best results. Prior reformer experience is necessary. The Tower and chair are apparatus that helps to increase your range of motion and unilateral movement while building long lean musculature. Your core has to work to manage the spring tension while you develop spinal articulation and stabilization. It’s a great way to strengthen your whole body and helps keep your spine healthy. This class is open to people of all levels and our teachers will always offer modifications as needed.
